Le premier syndicat des enseignants du Primaire, a dress\u00e9 un tableau sombre de l\u2019\u00e9tat de l\u2019\u00e9cole en France. Avec ses co-secr\u00e9taires g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, dont la nouvelle porte-parole Aur\u00e9lie Gagnier, Sandrine Monnier et Nicolas Wallet \u2013 le syndicat d\u00e9nonce une politique \u00e9ducative d\u2019aust\u00e9rit\u00e9, une perte de sens du m\u00e9tier d\u2019enseignant et une d\u00e9gradation continue des conditions d\u2019apprentissage des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Face \u00e0 ce constat, il alerte sur une \u00e9cole \u00ab <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>en souffrance <\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00bb, et appelle \u00e0 une mobilisation urgente et \u00e0 un sursaut politique et budg\u00e9taire : <\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>\u00ab Nous n\u2019avons pas dit notre dernier mot \u00bb<\/i><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Une \u00e9cole sous-dot\u00e9e : 3\u00e9 rentr\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive de fermetures de postes dans le 1<sup>er<\/sup> degr\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00c0 l\u2019occasion de sa conf\u00e9rence de presse de rentr\u00e9e, le <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>SNUipp-FSU<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> d\u00e9nonce les choix budg\u00e9taires du gouvernement et le sous-investissement dans l\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Le syndicat pointe un sous-investissement chronique dans l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire fran\u00e7aise. En comparaison internationale, la France accuse 8 % de retard sur la d\u00e9pense moyenne par \u00e9l\u00e8ve en UE, et 11 % par rapport \u00e0 celle des pays de l\u2019OCDE. La d\u00e9pense int\u00e9rieure pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation est m\u00eame en l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse (-0,1 % par rapport \u00e0 2022, en tenant compte de l\u2019inflation), malgr\u00e9 les besoins croissants.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Cons\u00e9quence directe : plus de 2000 classes sont ferm\u00e9es \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e 2025, dont les trois quarts dans des \u00e9coles hors \u00e9ducation prioritaire, et 470 postes sont supprim\u00e9s. Le gouvernement annonce 700 cr\u00e9ations de postes de rempla\u00e7ants, mais le <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>SNUipp<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> d\u00e9nonce une restructuration \u00e0 moyens constants, qui ne r\u00e9pond pas aux besoins du terrain. \u00ab <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>L\u2019\u00e9cole primaire rend des postes depuis trois ans <\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00bb rappelle <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Sandrine Monier<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">M\u00e9tier d\u2019enseignant : d\u00e9sillusion et mal-\u00eatre croissants<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Ce n\u2019est un secret pour personne<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> \u00bb glisse la nouvelle co-secr\u00e9taire et porte-parole du syndicat, <\/span><\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>\u00ab\u00a0le m\u00e9tier de professeur des \u00e9coles n\u2019est pas attractif<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb. Pour <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Aur\u00e9lie Gagnier<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, il y a un <\/span><\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>\u00ab\u00a0conflit de valeurs\u00a0\u00bb<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> li\u00e9 au manque de temps, de moyens pour faire vivre l\u2019\u00e9cole inclusive par exemple. Elle rappelle la campagne intersyndicale et la p\u00e9tition pour un statut des AESH.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>L\u2019Ecole est en souffrance<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb affirme-t-elle. Le\u00a0d\u00e9calage salarial\u00a0est criant : un PE gagne\u00a01323 euros de moins\u00a0par mois en milieu de carri\u00e8re qu\u2019un cadre A de la fonction publique. L\u2019\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>ann\u00e9e blanche<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb en 2025 risque d\u2019aggraver encore la situation alerte <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Aur\u00e9lie Gagnier<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les conditions de travail se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorent \u00e9galement :\u00a0\u00e0 des classes charg\u00e9es (21,3 \u00e9l\u00e8ves en moyenne contre 20 dans l\u2019UE), s\u2019ajoute le probl\u00e8me<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">de la formation des enseignants. Pour le syndicat,<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">la r\u00e9forme<\/span><\/span> <em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>\u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9e risque d\u2019\u00eatre un pis-aller\u00a0\u00bb<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Il d\u00e9nonce une formation initiale all\u00e9g\u00e9e avec un mi-temps devant \u00e9l\u00e8ve, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>et le recours accru \u00e0 des contractuels pour compenser les postes vacants.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00ab <\/span><\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Les professeurs des \u00e9coles sont d\u00e9poss\u00e9d\u00e9s de leur expertise<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> \u00bb, alerte <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Aur\u00e9lie Gagnier<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. La r\u00e9forme de la formation initiale, qui pr\u00e9voit une entr\u00e9e dans le m\u00e9tier au niveau licence, pose probl\u00e8me : les stagiaires assurent d\u00e9j\u00e0 un mi-temps devant \u00e9l\u00e8ves, avec une formation r\u00e9duite. \u00ab <\/span><\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>On utilise les stagiaires pour pallier le manque de personnels<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> \u00bb, d\u00e9nonce-t-elle.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Le mal-\u00eatre professionnel est profond, aggrav\u00e9 par des\u00a0risques psychosociaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s, notamment chez les femmes, tr\u00e8s majoritaires dans le m\u00e9tier (85 % des PE, 83 % des AESH).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00ab\u00a0Des nouveaux programmes pour \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>un \u00e9l\u00e8ve id\u00e9al qui n\u2019existe pas<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>FSU- SNUipp<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> critique s\u00e9v\u00e8rement les nouveaux programmes scolaires, qu\u2019il consid\u00e8re comme une attaque contre la professionnalit\u00e9 enseignante. \u00ab <\/span><\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour un \u00e9l\u00e8ve id\u00e9al qui n\u2019existe pas <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00bb, d\u00e9clare le syndicat. Pour lui, les nouveaux programmes s\u2019alignent sur les \u00e9valuations nationales standardis\u00e9es, r\u00e9duisent la libert\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique et favorisent une\u00a0logique de performance au d\u00e9triment de la compr\u00e9hension. Il d\u00e9nonce une attaque suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 la professionnalit\u00e9 enseignante\u00a0qui \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>dessert les \u00e9l\u00e8ves les plus \u00e9loign\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9cole<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> \u00bb. Le <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>FSU-SNUipp<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> d\u00e9fend la logique de cycle permettant <\/span><\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>\u00ab aux enfants d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 leur rythme \u00bb<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. La porte-parole d\u00e9nonce des exercices de fluence o\u00f9 \u00ab <\/span><\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>on va apprendre, vite, r\u00e9citer [\u2026] et o\u00f9 la compr\u00e9hension est secondaire\u00a0et la construction des apprentissage pas solide<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L\u2019\u00e9cole maternelle devient, selon le syndicat, \u00ab <\/span><\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>l\u2019antichambre du CP<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> \u00bb, o\u00f9 le jeu, la d\u00e9couverte et les apprentissages progressifs sont marginalis\u00e9s. Les autres disciplines \u2014 sciences, arts, EPS, culture \u2014 sont rel\u00e9gu\u00e9es, alors qu\u2019elles sont essentielles \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mancipation des \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Le syndicat annonce le maintien de sa\u00a0consigne de blocage des \u00e9valuations nationales, qu\u2019il accuse de renforcer\u00a0le tri social et les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">AESH : pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 persistante et absence de reconnaissance<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>SNUipp<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> r\u00e9it\u00e8re son exigence de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un corps de fonctionnaires pour les AESH, avec un v\u00e9ritable statut, une carri\u00e8re, une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration digne et des droits \u00e0 la formation et \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9. Il soutient la campagne intersyndicale en<\/span> cours\u00a0(p\u00e9tition en ligne) <span style=\"font-size: medium;\">pour sortir ces personnels de la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 structurelle.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Violences faites aux enfants : le r\u00f4le central de l\u2019\u00e9cole dans la pr\u00e9vention<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Nicolas Wallet<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> insiste sur l\u2019urgence \u00e0 renforcer la\u00a0protection des enfants. Face \u00e0 l\u2019explosion des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, aux troubles croissants de sant\u00e9 mentale\u00a0(13 % des enfants en 2022, selon Sant\u00e9 publique France), et aux violences sexuelles et sexistes, l\u2019\u00e9cole doit jouer un r\u00f4le central.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le programme EVAR (\u00c9ducation \u00e0 la Vie Affective, Relationnelle) est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme\u00a0un outil incontournable pour faire reculer les violences. Il doit \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation des personnels, et maintenu d\u00e8s le premier degr\u00e9. <\/span><\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>\u00ab La disparition du \u2018<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">S<\/span><\/span><\/em><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>\u2019 dans le 1er degr\u00e9 est un recul inqui\u00e9tant \u00bb<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, regrette toutefois le syndicat.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Sant\u00e9, climat, b\u00e2ti scolaire : une \u00e9cole \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Le syndicat insiste sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019adapter les \u00e9tablissements scolaires aux risques climatiques (canicules, chaleurs extr\u00eames). La sant\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e8ves comme des personnels doit devenir une priorit\u00e9 politique.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">De mani\u00e8re plus large, la sant\u00e9 au travail reste un point noir : les signalements dans les registres de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 se multiplient, sans r\u00e9ponse adapt\u00e9e. Le syndicat demande une politique volontariste, et pas uniquement des ajustements techniques.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Mobilisation : \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Nous n\u2019avons pas dit notre dernier mot<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>SNUipp-FSU<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> annonce une\u00a0rencontre intersyndicale le 3 septembre. \u00ab <\/span><\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Les ministres changent, mais la politique reste la m\u00eame.
